Account Renewal and Cancellation

All paid accounts on this website and the FLORA app automatically renew at the end of their terms. The subscription renewal date will always be the day immediately following the end date of your current subscription period. The card used for the subscription purchase will be charged at the end of the term outlined in your receipt, unless it is updated prior to the renewal date. If you wish to cancel your FLORA membership, you can do so at any time via this website of the FLORA app. Once your account has been canceled, you will still have access to all paid features until the end of the term you purchased. For any reason, if we are unable to process your renewal, your account may be temporarily suspended from access to paid features. However your account will not be deleted; no information will be removed. Your account will remain suspended until a valid payment method is used. Refund and Cancellation Policy/ Fulfillment details

Refund Policy:

  • Courses, eBooks, app membership fees, and digital downloads are eligible for a full refund (100%) within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

  • Please note that 1:1 sessions are non-refundable.

  • Merchandise is not eligible for return - please see Printful.com return policy for merchandise. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
