Garlic-Infused Olive Oil Recipe (acid reflux-friendly)

We're diving into the world of infused oils and focusing on one of the most versatile and aromatic ingredients: garlic-infused olive oil. For those who suffer from reflux/IBS, garlic is often a culprit for symptom flares. However, replacing the flavor that garlic contributes to recipes can be challenging. 

Following a reflux/IBS-friendly diet can feel restrictive. Rather than eliminating ingredients altogether, making gut-friendly swaps can make meal prepping and recipes enjoyable AND stress free! One of my personal favorites is making garlic-infused olive oil. 

Garlic-infused olive oil is a recipe that infuses garlic into oil over medium heat to retain some of the aroma and flavor of garlic, without the risk of GI flares. Adding this oil to sauces, dressings, or on top of salads is a great way to enjoy hints of garlic once again!
